Applewood Private Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, sex, disability, or age. Your family's privacy is incredibly important to us: your data is stored securely and in HIPAA-compliance. We will never share nor sell your information to non-affiliated third parties, except as required by law. Information provided to us during the enrollment process, and throughout the school year, may be utilized and stored by Applewood Private Education for the purpose of maintaining the child's official school record.

As an umbrella school program, the sole responsibility for the education of each student is on their caregivers, who act as home educators. Advice given by the staff at Applewood Private Education is given in good faith; each family is responsible for exercising their own personal discretion in following any advice given. Applewood Private Education is not liable for any educational decision made by any of our enrolled students or parents/guardians. Each enrolled family is personally responsible for following the laws and regulations regarding the education of their child(ren), as set forth by the state of Florida and, if applicable, their local educational laws and regulations.
